CAP Security Services has been proud to partner with Suncorp Stadium for over 20 years, and our team has serviced over 250 Brisbane Broncos home games to date. We understand that sport and sporting events are a huge part of our identity as Australians, particularly Rugby League. The bond between team and fan is unique and unbreakable. As Autumn begins, we’re excited for the NRL season ahead. Not only do we have a front row seat to some of the best games in the league but also some of the best fans around. We hope 2019 will prove to be a great year for the Broncos team.

Anthony Seibold

The Broncos have a new coach for 2019. Anthony Seibold, formerly the coach of rival South Sydney Rabbitohs, has hit the ground running since arriving in late 2018. Players and staff have warmly welcomed their new coach. Seibold’s methods include high-intensity trainings to get the team in peak physical condition ahead of round one. Broncos newcomer, Shaun Fenson, described the new training style as “pretty physical and brutal, but that’s professional sport.” Additionally, Seibold has introduced music at training sessions. “There is research-based evidence, both here and abroad, that music helps with hormonal levels. It is an energiser,” Seibold revealed in an interview. Fans are eager to see what the Broncos have in store for the 2019 NRL season with a new training regime.

Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium

One of the busiest weekends in the CAP Security Services’ calendar will be the Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium, where eight different NRL games will be played over three days. It will be all hands on deck as we ensure fans have a fun and safe time. This highly-anticipated event can attract crowds of anywhere between 39,000 – 53,000 people per game, which means we could be expecting around 400,000 fans in one weekend. With our 26 years of experience, you can trust this event is in seasoned hands.

Broncos Family Fun Days

Each Broncos home game at Suncorp Stadium is jam-packed with special activities to create a fun atmosphere for fans of all ages. This year is all about fan involvement and sharing in the love of Rugby League. More details about specific activities can be found on the Broncos’ website closer to game dates.

News Corp Fantasy Win Competition

Broncos sponsor, News Corp, will be running a series of competitions throughout the NRL season where lucky fans can win double passes for the games at Suncorp Stadium. This will give fans an opportunity to see their favourite team in action. Details about any events will be announced by News Corp at a later date.

The Broncos return to Suncorp Stadium on March 22 for their first home game against state rivals, the North Queensland Cowboys.
